Organic & Paid Social

Organic and paid, run by one team instead of two.

Content calendar and posting, community management, and paid social campaigns across the platforms that matter to your audience, coordinated by the same studio instead of split between an organic agency and a media buyer who don't talk to each other.

Social Media Management
The problem

Splitting organic and paid social across two vendors is the default, and it's usually the problem.

The common setup is one team handling organic content and a separate media buyer running paid ads, and when performance is disappointing, each points at the other's inputs. Nobody owns the whole picture.

A content calendar without any paid amplification behind it caps reach at whatever your existing followers already see. And paid ads running into a profile with nothing recent on it convert worse, someone clicks the ad, checks the account, and finds silence.

Run together, organic builds the credibility that makes the paid spend convert, and paid extends the reach organic alone can't buy. That only works if one team is actually accountable for both.

How it works

How it works, step by step.

01

Audience & platform strategy

Which platforms actually matter for this audience, not all of them by default.

02

Content calendar

Organic posts planned around a cadence you can realistically sustain.

03

Production

Using the same in-house video and content pipeline, not stock templates.

04

Paid campaigns

Audience targeting, creative testing and budget management on the platforms where paid is worth running.

05

Community management

Replies, DMs and comments handled on a schedule, not ad hoc when someone remembers.

06

Reporting

What's actually working, in plain terms, on a cadence you can act on.

What it isn't

Four things people assume this is.

A guarantee of virality

Nobody can honestly promise that, and anyone who does is selling something else.

A replacement for having a real offer

Social amplifies what you already have, it doesn't invent demand out of nothing.

Set-and-forget automation

A person reviews and manages the accounts. Nothing goes out unattended.

Every platform at once

We'll recommend which ones are worth it for your audience rather than spreading thin across all of them.

What you get

Concretely, what's delivered.

  • Content calendar and organic posting
  • Paid social campaign setup and ongoing management
  • Creative production, fed from our own video and content pipeline
  • Community management across comments and DMs
  • Monthly reporting in plain language, not a vanity-metrics dashboard
  • A recommendation on platform mix, not a default "do everything" plan

Why we can say this

Why we can say this.

We run our own accounts this way. Organic content built from our own production work, distributed on a real cadence, is the same discipline behind how Off Plan and Off Ramp, our own interview shows, get distributed.

We're not proposing a process we haven't run on ourselves first, our own social presence is the test case before it's a service.

Honest limits

What this won't do.

  • We don't run large-scale brand-awareness media buys, TV, out-of-home, programmatic display, this is social platforms specifically.
  • We won't pad a report with vanity metrics that don't tie to a real business outcome.
  • If the underlying offer or content isn't strong, no amount of paid spend fixes that, and we'll say so rather than just spending the budget.
Questions

Straight answers.

Which platforms do you cover?

Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube Shorts most commonly, we'll recommend based on where your actual audience is, not all of them by default.

Do you write the copy too?

Yes, caption writing is part of the content work, tied into the same content-creation discipline we use for blog and web copy.

What's the split between organic and paid?

Depends on the business and budget. Some clients want organic only to start, others want paid running from day one. We'll recommend based on what you're trying to achieve.

Do you need our existing brand assets?

Helpful if you have them. If not, that's a conversation for the branding side of what we do.

How is content actually produced?

Through the same in-house video and content pipeline we use for other services, not templated stock graphics.

Can you take over an account that already exists?

Yes, we'll audit what's there first rather than starting from a blank slate.

Anqor is a small studio, so you deal with the person who builds it. If this isn't the right fit for your business, I'd rather say so on the first call than sell you something you don't need.

We'll tell you honestly if that's two platforms or five.
