Where in Dubai is Anqor Studios based?
Our registered office is Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai. It's a Meydan Free Zone address, around ten minutes from Business Bay and Downtown, twenty from DIFC. We hold meetings on-site across the city.
Do you work with Dubai real estate brokerages specifically?
Yes, it's the vertical we've built the most for. That includes AI receptionists that qualify WhatsApp enquiries against live listings, agent routing, and a market-intelligence layer covering handover delays by developer and price-per-sqft by area. We also produce an on-camera interview series with Dubai developers and brokers.
Can you build systems that handle Arabic as well as English?
Yes. Lead qualification and document systems run on models that handle Arabic and English natively, including mixed-language WhatsApp threads, which is how a large share of Dubai enquiries actually arrive.
Where does our data live, and does that satisfy UAE requirements?
We deploy to UAE or EU regions depending on what your compliance position needs, and for regulated work we can run models locally so data never leaves your infrastructure. The specific data-flow goes in writing before any build starts.
How is this different from a Dubai agency reselling AI tools?
We don't license what we sell. Usetta, Outlia, Ranqr and our clipping engine are our own products, running on our own business before they run on yours, so we can change how they behave for your use case rather than waiting on a vendor's roadmap.
