Most clipping tools can only work with footage you already have. We start earlier: we come to you, record the episode, and Clip24, our clipping engine, cuts it into clips and posts them to your own social accounts. One provider, from the first camera to the last post.

Common questions.

Is the photoshoot really included?

Yes. Every on-site package includes a complimentary photoshoot for the host and guest, taken during your session. Edit Only does not, because we are not on location.

How long is a session?

Each session runs up to 2 hours, which suits most episodes.

How many people can record at once?

Up to 4 people can record at the same time. There are 4 microphone seats and the camera setup covers the whole group.

Do I need to bring any equipment?

No. We bring everything: cameras, microphones, lighting and an operator.

What files can I get?

MP4 video files (4K, 29.97 fps, Rec709) and WAV audio files (48 kHz) for each microphone channel, handed over by SSD, HDD or Dropbox at the end of the session.

What do I receive after the session?

A basic edit and two social clips within 48 hours with One Session. Monthly and Brand Series include more, as listed in each package.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 or more hours before your session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once. No-shows forfeit the session.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes. Rescheduling is free if requested 48 or more hours in advance. Email us with your booking reference and your preferred new slot.
