Refund Policy

Our 30-Day Guarantee: We back our systems with a 30-day results guarantee. If we don't deliver what we committed to within the first 30 days, we'll either fix it at no additional cost or issue a full refund - no questions asked.
1. General Policy
At Anqor Studios, we stand fully behind the quality and performance of our systems. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis with the goal of reaching a fair resolution for both parties.
2. Monthly Retainer Services (XANA)
For ongoing monthly retainer services:
- The first 30 days of any engagement are covered by our performance guarantee
- If the system is not operational and delivering value within 30 days of onboarding, you are entitled to a full refund of the first month's fee
- After the 30-day guarantee period, monthly fees are non-refundable as services are delivered on a continuous basis
- Partial-month refunds are not issued; you retain access through the end of your billing period
3. Sprint Engagements (CAST)
For sprint-based engagements:
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the sprint has commenced
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope due to reasons on our end, a full refund of all fees paid will be issued
- If a sprint is paused or cancelled at your request after work has begun, fees for completed work are non-refundable
4. Bespoke Project Engagements (Studio Build)
For custom project builds:
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable once discovery and build planning have begun
- Milestone payments made during the project are non-refundable once the corresponding milestone has been delivered and approved
- If the project is terminated before completion, you will be refunded for any milestones not yet started, minus a 15% administration fee
5. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under the 30-day guarantee, you must:
- Have provided timely access to all required accounts and assets during onboarding
- Have actively participated in the setup process as required
- Submit your refund request in writing to hello@anqorstudios.com within the 30-day period
6. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, email hello@anqorstudios.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your name, company name, service purchased, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
