1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Anqor Studios LLC·FZ provides AI-powered business automation systems, including but not limited to content automation, lead generation systems, outreach automation, and bespoke integration builds (collectively, "Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work signed by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted and invoiced in UAE Dirhams (AED) or USD as agreed in writing. Payment terms are as follows:

• Monthly retainer services are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle
• Sprint and project engagements require a 50% deposit before work commences, with the balance due upon completion or as specified in the Service Agreement
• Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge on the outstanding balance

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, you own the custom deliverables produced specifically for you under a Service Agreement. Anqor Studios retains ownership of all underlying frameworks, tools, methodologies, templates, and pre-existing intellectual property used to deliver the Services. We reserve the right to reference the engagement as a case study unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship for a period of 3 years.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary accounts, assets, and information required to deliver the Services
• Ensure that any content, data, or materials you provide do not infringe any third-party rights
• Designate a point of contact with authority to provide approvals and feedback
• Comply with all applicable laws in connection with your use of the Services

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anqor Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Warranties and Disclaimer

We warrant that our Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Results achieved through our systems depend on factors outside our direct control, including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and your own business execution. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, except where a written performance guarantee is explicitly included in your Service Agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
