These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Anqor Studios ("Anqor Studios", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website at anqorstudios.com and any custom AI systems, software, or deliverables we build for you (collectively, the "Services").
By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Anqor Studios provides custom AI system design, development, and deployment services for businesses. The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate Statement of Work, proposal, or written agreement between you and Anqor Studios.
We reserve the right to decline, modify, or discontinue any service at our discretion, with reasonable notice where possible.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Fees for each engagement are agreed upon in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise stated:
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the custom code and systems we build specifically for you under your engagement. This includes all source code, configurations, and documentation delivered as part of your project.

You grant Anqor Studios the right to reference your project as a case study or portfolio example, unless you request otherwise in writing before project commencement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement, including business processes, data, and technical specifications. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of three (3) years.
We will not share your data with third parties except as required to deliver the Services (e.g. hosting providers, AI API providers) or as required by law.
Any personal data processed through systems we build on your behalf is your responsibility as the data controller. We act as a data processor where applicable. By default, we deploy systems using third-party AI APIs with commercial Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in place that are GDPR-compliant and prohibit training on your data.
Where data sovereignty is required, we can deploy systems on your own infrastructure. This must be agreed in writing as part of your project scope.

We warrant that the Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care, and that delivered systems will materially conform to the agreed specifications.
We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anqor Studios' total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party may terminate an engagement by giving written notice. If you terminate before delivery:
We may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
