This policy applies to our website at anqorstudios.com and to information we collect in the course of providing our services. It does not apply to the systems we build on behalf of clients those are governed by their own data policies and agreements.

• Name, email address, phone number, and company name when you fill in a contact form, lead form, or book a strategy call.
• Messages and answers you submit through our website or Meta lead forms.
• Communications you send us via email or WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically:

• Basic analytics data such as pages visited, time on site, and referral source. We use this to understand how people find and use our website.
• IP address and browser type, collected automatically by our hosting provider.

We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes on our own website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries and qualify potential engagements.
• Communicate with you about your project, including via WhatsApp and email.
• Send you relevant information about our services where you have indicated interest.
• Improve our website and understand how visitors engage with it.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

• Hosting and infrastructure providers our website is hosted on Vercel. Their privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform.
• Communication tools we use WhatsApp (Meta) and email to communicate with clients and prospects.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) if you interact with our ads or submit a lead form through Meta's platform, Meta's data policy applies to that interaction. We receive the information you submit and process it under this policy.
• AI API providers where we use third-party AI APIs (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI) in the course of delivering services, those providers operate under commercial Data Processing Agreements that prohibit training on client data.

We do not share your data with any other third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Specifically:

• Enquiry and lead data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact.
• Client project data is retained for up to 5 years for legal and accounting purposes.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These include encrypted communications, access controls, and working only with reputable third-party providers.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to maintaining appropriate safeguards.
